★Characteristic: This type can absorb both oxygen and carbon dioxide at the same time, and prevent food from spoilage and packing bag expansion caused by carbon dioxide
produced by fermentation and maturation of food.

★Scope of application: It is mainly used in red jujube products and coffee beans.

★The basic functions of Oxygen absorber:

-Suppresses the growth of microorganisms.

-Prevent discoloration and flavor change due to oxidation of food to keep the its
original flavor and nutrition.

-There is still oxygen left in the package by Vacuum packaging or nitrogen filled
packaging. Using oxygen absorber can decrease the oxygen content rate to below 0.1%, to extend the shelf life of food.

★How to choose the type of Oxygen absorber?

※ Simple calculation method of type of Oxygen absorber:

Type =0.2* Air volume in packaging container

For example, if the air volume in packaging container is 1000ml, we can choose type 200.
