The temperature and pressure reducing device consists of pressure reducing system, temperature reducing system, safety protection device and automatic control device.

Split type temperature and pressure reducing device:

The pressure regulation is composed of a cylinder envelopment and a hole spool, and then depressurized and muffled to the required pressure through the diffusion tube and porous plate. The regulation of steam flow is achieved by moving the spool up and down to change the porous cross-sectional area. The steam temperature is controlled by the desuperheater regulating valve to control the flow of desuperheater. The desuperative water is sprayed directly into the throat of the diffuser tube in a mist form. So the steam changes from a high first gear parameter to a low first gear parameter.Due to its structural characteristics, the split type temperature reducing and pressure reducing device has the characteristics of low noise in operation.And the structure is simple, folding convenient, easy maintenance, so it is widely used in power stations, metallurgy, chemical, petrochemical and other industrial enterprises.

The temperature and pressure reducing device is composed of a control system, a pressure reducer system, a water-jet temperature reducer system and a safety protection system.Its characteristics are as follows:

Split type desuperheating decompression device of main steam pressure reducing valve (valve) + feed water regulator + safety device, adjustable ratio of 30 ~ 100% (when supporting the adjustable nozzle device is adjustable ratio of 10 ~ 100%), steam pressure reducing valve (valve) commonly used sleeve structure, leakage for Ⅳ level (highest level can be Ⅴ), desuperheating decompression is applicable to any parameters,However, when the primary steam temperature is above 425℃, the secondary steam mixing pipe needs to use alloy steel, and the cost of the whole device is higher than that of the integrated one, and the length is also longer.
